The story of this case highlights our journey in working on a project called Yensie. It is a project management collaboration platform.

What is Yensie?

For Project Manager

For the project manager, Yensie provides a dashboard, sprint review, details of work per item, notes, manages team structure, as well as documentation and project management.

For UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, Yensie can function like Figma. It can be used for designing and conducting user testing. Additionally, collaboration features are also available here.

For Frontend Developer

Yensie can be used by various roles within a team, ranging from UI/UX Designers, Frontend and Backend Developers, QA Engineers, Content Writers, to Scrum Masters. Moreover, users can create Custom Roles according to their needs.

For Frontend Developers, Yensie simplifies access to project overviews, task management, code repositories, build and deploy status, as well as testing and documentation. All of this is integrated into a single ecosystem, allowing for smoother workflows between roles.

For Backend Developer

For Backend Developers, Yensie brings everything together in one place. From logs, APIs, databases, to deployment, everything can be monitored and managed easily. Each task is clearly recorded, prioritised accordingly, avoiding any overlooked work.

For Scrum Master

For the Scrum Master, all roles can be managed more easily through a single dashboard that provides visibility across teams. They can select a team from a dropdown, view the ongoing sprints, and monitor progress comprehensively. With this unified ecosystem, the Scrum Master can keep the team's work rhythm aligned, transparent, and measurable.
