This case story highlights our journey working on a project called rsVIP. It is a platform that simplifies the management of rsVIP for events.

What is RSVIP

rsVIP is a platform that simplifies managing event RSVPs. With rsVIP, you can create various events, compile guest lists, send invitation messages, and conveniently receive attendance confirmations and additional information from guests.

Create Project

This is the main page for users to manage events, create events, and organise guest lists. It also displays an empty state when there are no projects created by the user.

Here we can also set who the message will be sent to by selecting a guest.

Event List

This is a list of events within this project. Here, users can also create events and invite guests to them.

Event - Question

This page is used to create questions regarding the events that have been created. Here, questions can be customised by the question creator.

Event – Answer/ Report

This page contains information and reports related to the answers to the questions that have been compiled here. The report is detailed to encompass all information.

RSVP Survey

This is a survey page from the guest's point of view. Here, the questions that have been arranged will be displayed as shown in the layout.

This is a journey that demonstrates how the client's vision can be transformed into tangible results through a measured design process.
